We host an AKC sanctioned Scent Work trial one weekend each year normally in December.
All dogs are born with knowing how to use their noses. Scent Work was inspired by the training of scent detection canines. In AKC Scent Work, dogs search for cotton swabs saturated with essential oils ofBirch, Anise, Clove, and Cypress.

Obedience / Rally Trials

We host AKC sanctioned Obedience/Rally trials each year in February. Teams consisting of a human and their dog executes basic to advanced skills in 4 Obedience and 1 Rally ring. We have people (with many different breeds of dogs) enter our trial from all over the country.

We welcome the public to come out and see teams(team = dog + their handler) maneuver their way through obstacle courses. Come out and watch the fun!

Obedience Training Club is proud to host AKC sanctioned Agility trials 3 weekends each year. We welcome the public to come out and see teams (team = dog + their handler) maneuver their way through obstacle courses. Come out and watch the fun. We encourage you to ask questions. We would love to share any information we can about our club and how you can enjoy more activities with your dog.
